Return Conditions

You may return products within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. After this period, we may not be able to process the return due to the perishable nature of our products.

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Fresh, chilled, frozen or prepared items are non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue.

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
Replacements & Refunds

We replace any item that is damaged, expired or incorrect upon delivery or pickup.

  • Refunds are issued in the original payment method or as store credit depending on the situation.

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for refund processing.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

If you experience and issue with your order:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the issue.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.

If your order was delivery by us, returns can be picked up during your next delivery or returned in-store.
